Aquarius Age Solutions Pty Ltd (ACN 658 150 237), trading as NEXOPayment is a registered Digital Currency Exchange (DCE) with the Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre (AUSTRAC) under registration number DEC100801106-001.

As a regulated DCE, we are required to comply with Australia’s Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) laws, and to maintain robust compliance and reporting frameworks.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Pass our Know Your Customer (KYC) and identity verification process.

  • Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where the use of our services is prohibited.

4. Risk Acknowledgment

  • You should not invest more than you can afford to lose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

11. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will take effect immediately upon publication on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

12. UK Financial Promotions

We do not actively market, advertise or promote our services to residents of the United Kingdom. Our services are made available on a passive basis, and any access by UK residents is deemed to be made at their sole initiative. By registering for and using our services from within the United Kingdom, you confirm that you are doing so entirely on your own initiative and not in response to any financial promotion (as defined under the UK Financial Services and Markets Act 2000) communicated by us or on our behalf.
